NAEYC Code of Ethics- February 10, 2018
**TRAINING WILL BE HELD DURING THE DAY**
This course is an Early Childhood Professional’s guide to understand and embedding ethical practices in their professional practices. The learner will become familiar with how the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct can help them address the ethical issues that occur in working with young children and their families. After completing this course, participants will be able to give examples of the personal values and morality they bring to the workplace, distinguish the difference between personal values and morality, and professional ethics, and will be able to apply the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct to ethical dilemmas. Instructor will assess knowledge gained through whole group discussions and small group activities. Instructor will provide feedback on outcome mastery throughout the session and during presentations to assess knowledge gained.
